Working with a small Team of individuals, including his wife, Anne Krusemark, Scott Krusemark has been involved in close to One Hundred real estate transactions of many different types. He and Anne have done a variety of types of deals that include purchasing and owning Rental Properties, and personally managing the tenants in those properties, as well as other investment strategies such as Lease with Option, Rent-to-Own, Land Contract, Fix and Flip, Wholesaling to other Investors, Sandwich Leases, Notes, and Private Money Lending to Other Real Estate Investors. They have also done small Commercial Real Estate deals as well, having owned an apartment building and other small commercial rental property.
